Camp #1 Sleeps ten persons three bedrooms(two doubles three bunkbeds), one bathroom w/tub, kitchen with utencils, coffee pot, microwave, 36" TV with Cable, snack bar, dining area/card table, sofa, loveseat, deck w/ BBQ pit, hill side overlooking lake & secluded. Our largest and most popular. Camp #2 Sleeps two, one bedroom (New Serta Perfect Sleeper pillow top Rustic Aspen king bed), one bathroom w/ shower, coffee pot, kitchen with utencils, coffee pot, microwave, bedroom has a sofa and chair, i-pod (mp3) arlam clock radio, Cable TV, covered porch includes picnic table and cypress swing, deck w/ BBQ pit, firepit, & waterfront. Our coziest camp. Camp #3 Sleeps six Two bedroom one bathroom w/ tub, kitchen with utencils, microwave, one sofabed or futon, Cable TV, kitchen table, covered deck includes picnic table, cypress swing and BBQ pit, firepit, waterfront near boat shed and fishing pier. #4, #5, & #6 are the similiar except for the number of beds (they sleep from 4-8 persons), They do not have covered decks. Camps #7 & #10 are similiar with one bedroom (full size)one bath w/ showers, kitchen w/ utensils, pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot, sofabed or futon, Cable TV, covered decks include picnic tables, cypress swing, and BBQ pits, over looking beach and lake. Camp #9 is our most recent addition to the resort. Hillside camp overlooking lake. Serta Perfect Sleeper queen sized beds. All bed linens are provided with camps but wash towels and wash clothes are not. We perfer you bring your own towels but if towels or wash clothes are needed there is a charge of $5.00 per set and must be left in the camp when leaving are your deposit will not be returned. Smoking is allowed on the porches of the camps we have astrays available, please refrain from smoking inside the camps if we find that the camp was smoked in the deposit will be lost. Trash cans are provided in camps with extra bags. Please tie bags and dispose of them in outside trash barrels. All trash must be bagged before placing in barrels. Please put litter in its place. Pets are allowed in pet carriers outside of camps and must remain on a leash while in the resort. There is also a $25.00 charge per pet for the duration of your stay. You must clean up after your pet. Also a damage deposit will be collected . The amount varies per camp($100.00 min.). It will only be deposited if there is damage to the camp. Examples: camps are smoked in,a need for abnormal cleaning and other instances that may arise that are out of the normal use. Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance for a full refund to take place. Last but not least, All holiday stays must be paid in advance, without the possibilty of refund.
